“THE FOUNDATION” is a Youth Skills and Business Enterprise Development Agency. Our beneficiaries are South Africa's unemployed graduates, high school students, entrepreneurs and small to medium enterprises. We provide a full-service offering for the concerned youth groupings which include customised career development and financial help for unemployed graduates and full-time students plus investment solutions, technical support and assistance, mentorship, consulting and ongoing career and business support for entrepreneurs through industry-specific units. Our Core Business is skills development and youth enterprise development. Our business model focuses on partnering with experts who have in-depth knowledge in the 8 sectors. (Indicated below). We conceptualize, design, implement and deliver Skill Programmes, Learnerships, Short Courses, Dialogue Workshops and Dialogue Conferences.

We also offer bursaries 25 Bursaries in Aviation, Post Graduate Studies in the fields of HIV and AIDS, as well as Cancer.
